Die App „Dearly Kept“ wird über den App Store von Apple vertrieben. Vertragspartner beim Kauf von Abos und Paketen ist Apple, für Kunden in der EU die Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Irland. Für die Nutzung der App gilt die Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung von Apple (EULA). Kündigung und Erstattung erklärt die Seite Hilfe und Kontakt.

Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

Ich bin nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen (§ 36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz).

The “Dearly Kept” app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your contracting partner for subscriptions and packs is Apple, for customers in the EU Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland. Use of the app is governed by Apple’s standard licence agreement (EULA). Cancellations and refunds are explained on the Help and contact page.

Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
